Psyllium Husk
Psyllium Husk is the outer mucilage coating of the Plantago ovata seed — considered pure dietary fibre and the only part of the plant used in manufacturing psyllium products. Its nutritional value consists mainly of glycosides, proteins, polysaccharides, Vitamin B1 and choline. With a fibre content of over 80%, it far surpasses oat bran (< 15%) and wheat bran (< 10%). The husk is composed mostly of hemicellulose — a complex carbohydrate found in whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

Psyllium Husk Powder
Psyllium Husk Powder consists of the epidermis and collapsed adjacent layers removed from the dried ripe seeds of Plantago Ovata Frosk, pulverized into a fine powder. It contains a high amount of soluble fibre — beneficial bacteria utilize this soluble fibre to fuel the colon, helping improve the natural elimination process of the body. Psyllium also slows absorption of foods and holds water, supporting healthy, normally formed bowel movements.

Psyllium Seeds
Psyllium Seeds are dried ripe seeds of Plantago ovata (Family: Plantaginaceae), cleaned free of all dust, agri-farm fibers, wastes, mud, stones and iron particles. The seed itself is composed of 40% Linoleic Acid (LA) — an important fatty acid essential to health. Sourced from the Unjha-Sidhpur belt, Asia's largest Plantago ovata agri-market, every batch is machine-sorted to deliver a pure, traceable raw material ready for further processing or direct use.
